Aerona 290 9kW Air Source Heat Pump
A 9kW air source heat pump which is one of Grant UK’s latest generation of air-to-water heat pumps using the more environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.

- Single phase heating outputs with other models available – 4kW, 6.5kW, 12kW and 15.5kW – each rated at -5°C air temperature and 55°C water flow temperature
- G1 Installers can offer 7 year guarantees (*G1 Installer must complete Grant heat pump training to be eligible, subject to Terms and Conditions)
- Each Aerona 290 heat pump is MCS accredited and eligible for Government funding as well as being Connect and Notify approved
- Designed for installation with the Aerona Smart Controller, the Aerona 290 can be remotely managed and monitored to assist heat pump installers with off-site diagnostic support as well as facilitating weather and load compensation, heating curve adjustments and set-up support
- Units have an anti-freeze protection heater on the plate heat exchanger and heated base tray. Mechanical anti-freeze valves can be used to protect the external system pipework, as glycol antifreeze cannot be used
- Featuring sound-reducing features, such as acoustic cotton sound insulation in the casing and twin eccentric cam levers with balancing weights, each heat pump operates with ultra-low sound levels and is Quiet Mark accredited
